Our Story

Have you ever wondered why a Vietnamese lady developed a passion for crafting authentic German sausages? This question has been a common curiosity among those who have had the pleasure of trying Meisterstücke.

Germany holds a special place in my heart, filled with cherished memories from the years my small family and I spent there. Since our departure from Germany, there has been one culinary delight that I've longed for: the delectable Bratwurst and the distinctive Bavarian Weisswurst.

My journey into sausage-making began because I couldn't quite find the exact flavor and meat quality I craved. Overcoming the challenge of replicating these flavors was a personal quest. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to our family, dear friends, and mentors for their unwavering support in bringing Meisterstücke to fruition today

How to cook your sausages

Mastering the Art of Sausage Perfection: A Step-by-Step Guide to Cooking Your Juiciest Sausages Ever!
Bratwurst on Grill
  1. Grill the sausage on indirect fire on the BBQ for approx 10-15 mins.

  2. Finish it on direct fire for about 1-2 mins to get it nice golden brown and crispy skin.

Bratwurst on Fry
  1. Rub the sausage with a bit of oil then fry it with low heat (turn it 1-2 times) for approx 15 mins.

  2. Finish it with medium-high heat for 1-2 mins to get it crispy skin and golden brown in color.

Weisswurst
  1. Boil some water in a pot until the water is boiling then off the fire.

  2. Next, lay the Weisswurst into the pot (optional add some fresh parsley now in the pot) close the lid, and wait about 7 mins.

  3. Most people peel off the skin before eating

  4. Ready to eat with sweet mustard and the fresh Brezel from your bakery.
